In the practical part of about three hours we will conjure up a delicious tasting menu together.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You&#8217;ll be able to prepare tasty dishes that will also appeal to meat-eaters.<\/li>\n<li>You will master the best meat substitutes.<\/li>\n<li>And you can shop and stand in your kitchen more confidently.<\/li>\n<li>You will go home with new knowledge and insights about plant-based eating.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>This workshop will already give you a solid foundation to find your own way in the discovery journey of plant-based nutrition.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Duration: <strong>3 hours<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Maximum number of participants : <strong>5<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Everyone is welcome<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"yk-yogalessen\">\n<div class=\"yk-yogalestypesmall\">\n<h2>Cooking workshops Substitute Meat in Schaerbeek<\/h2>\n<p>Cooking workshops on<br \/>\n<strong>Saturday afternoon from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Wednesday afternoon from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.<\/strong><br \/>\nor<br \/>\n<strong>by appointment as a private cooking workshop<\/strong>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Two different workshops<\/h2>\n<p>There are two different workshops to inspire you to reduce or even abandon meat altogether :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In the <strong>Substitute Meat A<\/strong> workshop, we cook with good meat substitutes that <strong>have a texture pretty similar to what people are used to from meat.<\/strong> Examples are : tofu, tempeh, seitan, textured soy protein.<\/li>\n<li>For the <strong>Substitute Meat B<\/strong> workshop, we cook exclusively with pulses (legumes) as meat substitutes.
