As well as its liberating effect on the mind, practicing yoga also has direct and measurable benefits for the body.<br \/>\nHowever, it is no miracle cure. To enjoy the long-term benefits, a certain degree of regularity and consistency is required \u2013 just as with other physical activities.<\/p>\n<p>Some of the yoga classes I teach outside the studio are traditionally suspended during the summer months. Many participants in those classes expressed the concern that this would mean a very long period without yoga.<br \/>\nWith this specific wish in mind, I decided to significantly expand the range of yoga classes on offer in the studio during the summer of 2026. This is to give all these people the opportunity to continue attending a series of classes during the summer break, on their usual days and at their usual times, and close to their familiar surroundings.<\/p>\n<h2>What does this mean in practice?<\/h2>\n<p>In addition to the existing hybrid (*) classes on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tuesday evenings 7.00 pm \u2013 8.00 pm<\/li>\n<li>Wednesday evenings 7.00 pm \u2013 8.30 pm<\/li>\n<li>Thursday lunchtime 12.00 \u2013 13.00<\/li>\n<li>Thursday evening 20.30 \u2013 21.30<\/li>\n<li>Friday evening 19.00 \u2013 20.00<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The following <strong>summer classes<\/strong> will be added, to be attended in person<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Monday evening 7.00 pm \u2013 8.00 pm<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Wednesday afternoon, lunchtime: 12.30 pm \u2013 1.30 pm<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Thursday evening: 7.00 pm \u2013 8.00 pm<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Saturday morning: 10.30 am \u2013 11.30 am<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What exactly does the discounted rate entail?<\/h2>\n<p>For those who would like to take a series of classes <strong>between 15 June 2026 and 15 September 2026<\/strong>, two extremely affordable multi-session class passes are available:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Summer Pass 5 classes<\/strong> for <strong>just 55.00 euros<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Summer Pass 10 classes<\/strong> for <strong>just 90.00 euros<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can, of course, also take individual lessons. The cost of a single lesson is <strong>14.00 euros<\/strong>.
