All recipes on this website are plant-based only, without any use of animal products. You won’t find any meat, fish, seafood, eggs or dairy here, or other animal-derived products such as honey for instance.
Some recipes are our own creation, others have been collected over the years, some of them adapted after trying them out. We do not want to do any haute cuisine. The kitchen we aim for is simple, respectful, adapted to our era, friendly for the Earth and its inhabitants – all of them. Respect and non violence are far more dearer to us than culinary bravoure.
