Home-made fresh vegetable and fruit juices: one of the best gifts imaginable for yourself and your body.

Fresh and raw juices result in an immensely powerful cocktail of complete vitamines, minerals and other nutriments. If you regularly consume vegetable and fruit juices, as a consequence your health will progress with big steps. Your face, eyes and especially your skin will start and keep glowing!

These days, many people suffer from a chronic mineral deficiency in the body. These minerals are absolutely necessary for the good health and condition of body tissues, especially for the intricate walls of our intestines and our blood vessels. A lot of so-called “civilization diseases” may find their origin in lack or imbalance of minerals, which causes slow but steady degradation and erosion of structure and function of these tissues.

Do you really want to eat more veggies and fruits? By regularly consuming fresh juices you can more easily attain your optimal daily intake of fresh vegetables and fruits.
Fresh juices can play a role in solving certain digestion issues.

What may you expect from this workshop?

A theoretic chapter

  • A short and captivating introduction about some important principles of health and nutrition
  • A short and captivating introduction about raw and living food
  • A clear explanation about the place of juices in a balanced diet
  • A comparison between the different ways to consume juices
  • The best tips and tricks for the best juices, and also pitfalls to avoid

A practical chapter

We are going to work with (lots of) fresh organic vegetables and fruits, and with different kinds of< strong>slow juicers.
Experience working with such a simple machine, especially if you are thinking of buying one for yourself. Or discover a completely new, gentler way of making your own fresh juice as compared to the old juice centrifuges, which you maybe abaondoned because you found them too noisy or to difficult to clean.
We will taste the result of our zeal.

Organic vegetables and fruits will be available on the day itself.

How to pay for the workshop?

Registration and participation fee is 25,00€ per person.
As the number of participants per workshop is limited, you need to pay in advance to ensure your reservation. Only bank transfer after e-mail confirmation of your registration on the bank account number

Cancellation of registration for food workshops
Cancellation is possible until 1 week (7 days) before the start of the workshop, with refund of half the registration fee.
Cancellation after 1 week (7 days) before the start of the workshop is not possible. In that case, no refund is possible.
