This vegan cooking workshop is part of the “Saturday Yoga Masala” at the Great Yoga Wall in Brussels, a day full of healthy practices for body and spirit.

During this vegan cooking workshop, we are going to prepare a healthy and tasty meal that is entirely plant-based, from vegan entry to vegan dessert.
Vegan cooking means cooking with better and healthier alternatives for animal products like meat, fish, dairy or eggs. So we will discover and explore surprising applications of legumes and other vegetable protein sources such as tofu, tempeh, lupine and seitan.
Let’s learn more about vegan cooking, experience how easy it is and have fun cooking together and enjoy the fruit of our culinary zest afterwards. Other than haute cuisine, we don’t seek refinement, but rather simplicity and honesty.

The cooking workshop starts at 10.00 am and ends at 2.00 pm.
The workshop will be in English, French, Dutch.

Subscription Fee for the whole day (10 am till 5 pm): 80,00€
Subscription Fee for the Cooking Workshop + Food Tasting: 45,00€.
