1. Yoga activities’ instruction and information
1.a. Yoga group classes
Yoga practice leads to a better physical, energetic and mental well-being of the yoga practitioner.
The instructions during the yoga classes are intended to improve the general well-being of the participant. However, it is not medical information and in no way replaces any medical treatment or diagnosis.
In case of doubt as to whether the yoga practice is suitable for one’s own personal situation, we recommend contacting your general practitioner for advice.
Yoga Kitchen is in no way responsible for not or wrongly applying the information given during the yoga classes.
The participant in yoga activities should communicate any relevant information of a physical, medical or psychological nature that requires special caution or precautions to the teacher before starting the activity, in order to allow him/her to respond adequately.
1.b. Private yoga consultations
On the occasion of the first private consultation for personal yoga guidance, the participant fills in an intake form. This enables the coach to adapt the individual yoga session and guidance as much as possible to the participant.
At the end of the consultation the participant will receive a written series of exercises for home practice.
Yoga Kitchen is under no circumstances responsible for the non or incorrect application of the given information or the given individual series of exercises for home practice following an individual yoga consultation.
2. Massage activities’ instruction and information
The relaxing massages offered by Yoga Kitchen are intended to improve the general wellbeing of the receiver, with the aim of relaxing and reducing muscle tension. They do not in any way replace a medical examination, medical treatment or diagnosis. Prior to an initial massage treatment, the participant fills in an intake form. This form then allows the masseur (or giver) to adapt the treatment as much as possible to the receiver. By signing this form, the massage clients declare that they have understood all the questions and completed them truthfully. In case of recurrent treatments, they will immediately inform the massage therapist of any interim changes.
We urge the treated clients to let the massage therapist know immediately if they experience any pain or discomfort during the massage treatment.
3. Prices and conditions for single classes and multiple class passes
The current fees for single or multiple classes, workshops and other activities are listed on the “Prices” page of the website.
Single classes can be taken. Those who wish to come back after a first class are free to:

Two people can share a mulriple class pass together as long as this has been agreed from the moment of purchase.
Refunds by Yoga Kitchen of purchased multiple class passes is not possible.
