To practice yoga in the open air, amidst the greenery. It’s very different from practicing in the protected setting of a yoga classroom. Even when we are familiar with the asanas, the yoga postures, we are challenged by the intensity and the proximity of nature’s elements (sun, open air, wind, the vegetation and a softer floor), our sense of balance is put under a positive strain. We are invited to be alert and present.
We are saturated with oxygen and energy for the day, and we feel more in touch with the totality of the Universe.
It presents an ideal mix for a dynamic, juicy morning yoga class, with Kundalini warm-up exercices, Prana Yoga Flow and breathing exercises. And all of that in the magnificent fairy tale like setting of the Josaphat park in Schaarbeek!
