Raw soups in no time, an explosion of taste and a very precious gift to your health.

Fresh and raw soups result in an immensely powerful cocktail of complete vitamines, minerals, fibres and other nutriments. The rich content of a vegetable soup supplies building blocks for your body’s tissues and structures. The fibres are very favorable for your digestion. As opposed to soup from packages or tin cans which the food industry very much likes to sell to us, a home made raw soup is a real “minute soup”.

These days, many people suffer from a chronic mineral deficiency in the body. These minerals are absolutely necessary for the good health and condition of body tissues, especially for the intricate walls of our intestines and our blood vessels. A lot of so-called “civilization diseases” may find their origin in lack of minerals, which causes slow but steady degradation and erosion of structure and function of these tissues.

Moreover, in this workshop we finally let go of the misconception that preparing soup is time-consuming or complicated.

Do you really want to eat more veggies and fruits? By regularly consuming raw soups you can more easily attain your optimal daily intake of fresh vegetables and fruits. At any moment of the day, be it at breakfast time, for lunch or in the evening.

  • The best tips and tricks for the best soups, and also pitfalls to avoid

A practical chapter

We are going to work with (different kinds of fresh organic vegetables of the season, with a blender and only a limited number of other ingredients.
With a tremendously simple basis recipe as a starting point we are going to prepare plenty of different soups in no time!
Then we will of course taste the result of our diligence.

Organic vegetables will be available on the day itself.

This workshop will take place at Yoga Kitchen, De Lochtstraat 42, rue De Locht, in 1030 Schaarbeek on the ground floor.

Registration and participation fee is 25,00€ per person.

Cancellation of registration for food workshops
Cancellation is possible until 1 week (7 days) before the start of the workshop, with refund of half the registration fee.
Cancellation after 1 week (7 days) before the start of the workshop is not possible. In that case, no refund is possible.
