Massage is a pure delight
for body, soul and mind
and connects you more strongly to yourself.

Better living with massage

Touch

For humans as well as animals, touch is essential.
Of all the senses, touch develops first. Being touched strongly determines our self-esteem. Being touched in a loving and respectful way is reassuring and pleasant. And it is a source of renewed vitality.

Massage

Massage helps to relax, to find our way back to our own body and centre. It provides us with the feeling of being one harmonious entity.
Massage is akin to meditation, as it invites you to come home to yourself. You become aware of the balance between body and mind.
Our modern lifestyle sometimes makes us forget the good feeling of living in a body. A body that can breathe freely, stand strongly and move freely.
Massage helps to release tension and restore balance. To find harmony within ourselves, between ourselves and others and our living environment.
There are relaxation massages and therapeutic massages.

Short questionnaire preceding the massage treatment

Relaxing body massage aims to relax the body deeply.
However, it is not a therapeutic treatment and in no way replaces medical treatment.
Before the massage, I go over a general questionnaire with the receiver about their general state of health and any particular areas of concern.
