Eye pillows
In a visually-oriented world like ours, our eyes deserve extra attention.
Screen work also takes its toll on our eyes.
Consequently, these cotton eye pillows are a real treat for your eyes.
Place them over your eyes and eye sockets when relaxing after a yoga session or on any other occasion.
Then, let the gentle pressure set in and experience deeper relaxation for your eyes.
Available in different colours and patterns.
Neti jugs for nasal rinsing
A fine and natural tool to rinse your nose and keep your nostrils clear and open. Especially useful in the transitional seasons when we are a bit more prone to colds, pollen allergy or nasal congestion. Using this porcelain jug, you can rinse your nose in the morning or evening before bed with a self-inflicted lukewarm saline solution of about 9-10 g of sea salt or himalayan salt per litre.
With your head tilted over a sink, pour the salty water into your nose through one nostril and let it drain through the other nostril. Then blow your nose thoroughly.

Yoga mats
Anyone who practices yoga regularly will benefit from a good, non-slip yoga mat that is durable and long-lasting.
For use at home, a slightly firmer, thicker mat (about 5-6 mm) is the best choice.
If you travel often and like to take your own yoga mat with you, a thinner mat (ca 3 to 4 mm) that you can tightly roll up or even fold might be a better choice.
