Bye bye dairy
In this amusing workshop with both laughter and some tears we analyze the multiple benefits of permanently ditching milk products such as cow’s milk (and milk of other mammals), butter, cream and cheese. We will be looking beyond the illusion into the reality of modern dairy production. In the practical part of the workshop, we will try out many tasty alternatives and we will learn amongst others to make our own vegan “cheeses” and cream with purely plant based products. The cows and their offspring will be eternally grateful to us!

Cancellation of registration for cooking workshops
Cancellation is possible until 72 hrs before the start of the workshop.
Cancellation after 72 hrs before the start of the workshop is not possible. In that case, no refund is possible.
