These workshops combine the practice of yoga with the practice of free art drawing.
Drawing is a hugely relaxing activity.
It allows you, like yoga practice, to rediscover yourself again and again and become aware of the deeper layers of yourself.Perhaps you have long dreamed of reviving your passion for drawing and consciously engaging in it more often.
If you would like to combine that passion with yoga in a small, diverse, multilingual group of enthusiastic draughtsmen and -women, then you are warmly welcome at the workshops “Yoga and the Art of Drawing”.
Nude yoga for men
Thematic workshop
In this workshop we explore the experience of practicing yoga undressed together in a group with exclusively men.
One of the aims of these workshops is to inspire men and make them enthusiastic about the practice of yoga. Moreover, we get a taste of the unique atmosphere that manifests when men practice yoga together in a group.
The workshops are open to all adult men regardless of age, ethnicity, body type, appearance, physical ability or sexual orientation.
No prior experience with yoga is required. By consequence, everyone can participate according to their personal abilities.
Chakra Yoga Workshop
Thematic workshop
The chakras are communication or energy centres in our body. They lie above each other along the spine. Their energetic state has an important influence on various areas of our existence. In this series of workshops you will get theoretical insight into each chakra. We will also work practically with targeted yoga exercises. These can positively influence these energy centres.

Veggie Yogi
Thematic workshop
Yoga is not only about physical yoga practice with breathing and asanas. It is actually a complete system of self-development for body, mind and soul. Yoga also includes recommendations on life hygiene and nutrition. In this workshop, we will explore the influence of yoga philosophy on our daily food choices. Our fork and knife will become peaceful weapons to evolve towards a kinder world. A world with more compassion for ourselves, other people and other species we share life with on this planet.
