  • either from your home or workplace live online via Zoom.
  • either in full presence at the yoga studio .

  • Do arrive in time for your class, by logging in five or ten minutes early so as to respect the class and the concentration of your fellow participants.

Yoga practical

Can I drink water during the yoga class?

It is very important to drink sufficient water after the class, because yoga practice has a detoxifying effect. However, avoid drinking during the class, maybe just a few sips.

Can I eat before a yoga class?

Avoid eating within two hours before the start of the class.

Do I need to bring anything specific to the class?

Normally everything needed is provided at the studio. However it is a good idea to bring a towel. Useful if you tend to sweat a lot, and folded it can provide support in certain yoga postures.

What clothes to wear for the yoga class?

Keep it simple. Just choose clothing that is that is loose fitting and comfortable enough to wear without strain. Bring an extra pull-over or sweater to keep you warm during the final relaxation.

What do I need to take the online yoga course from home?

You can also attend this class online via Zoom. You will need the following:

  • A PC or tablet with a stable internet connection.
  • A good yoga mat, non-slip and not too thick. Click here to find out more about buying a yoga mat.
  • Optionally a yoga strap and a cork or plastic foam yoga block.
  • A meditation cushion is also useful for sitting more easily.
  • A plaid or blanket for final relaxation.

What should I do if I’ve made a booking for the studio and can’t make it?

The number of places in the studio is limited. Always notify your absence, and at least two hours before the class by sms or WhatsApp to 0486/882848. That way, your place can still be given to someone else. If you don’t, you will be charged for the course.

What if I have a medical condition?

Always inform the teacher when you have a medical condition that necessitates extra prudence, or when you are injured or are recovering from an injury. For instance, with conditions such as a high blood pressure or glaucoma you better avoid the inverted postures.
We do our best to guarantee your safety. But please consider that you yourself are responsible for your well being and that you are the guardian of your own physical limits.

Can I practice yoga when I am pregnant?

Pregnancy or even menstrual periods will give some temporary limitations.
It is imperative to always inform your yoga instructor if you are pregnant.
During pregnancy, limitations and adaptations depend on the period (early – mid – late) of pregnancy.
We do our best to ensure your safety. Please be aware that you are responsible for your own wellbeing and watch your own limits.

What are the advantages of having a private yoga consult beforehand?

A private yoga consultation by appointment is available to determine your personal profile.This consultation can help you, among other things, to make the right choices for your physical yoga practice. Or it will give you advice if your body has specific concerns.

Do I need to bring my own yoga mat to the studio?

Yogamats of superior quality are available in the studio.

Can I keep using my phone during yoga class?

Handies and smart phones will be switched off or at least put in silent mode at the beginning of the class, so as to avoid creating any disturbance.
